1. Contact Us – Call or email and get the conversation started. Find out what we are like.

2. Personal Interview – We talk at length either over the phone or face to face to discuss our options and possibilities in Church Planting

3. Pre-Assessment – If you are interested in continuing, fill out a cnw-church-planter-application and return it to us. From there we will compile a preliminary report to determine whether we go forward.

4. Formal Assessment – At this point we will formally assess you and your spouse through a 4 day assessment center or a one day Behavioral Interview.

5. Expectations Interview – if you pass the formal assessment we will go over expectations which you will have of CNW Church Planting and that we will have of you. This is done to make sure that we understand policies and procedures, so we can moved ahead harmoniously.

6. Project Proposal – We will ask you to work through a 6 page proposal which will outline the details of your anticipated project.

7.Formal Call – The CNW Board will issue a formal call to you to join our Church Planting Team, with outlined support and coaching plan.

8. Training – Should you accept the call we will send you to a First Steps seminar or its equivalent.

9. Transition – You and your teammates will raise support, mobilize your intercessors and move to your mutually agreed upon Church Planting site.

10.Church Planting – You will be coached by experienced personnel throughout all stages of your Church Plant. You and your spouse will be supported through your peer team, retreats and other events.
